Overview

Harry Stinson is a truly successful Toronto-based real estate entrepreneur, whose journey to the top is an interesting one.

He is not only a successful real estate businessperson, but also a man who is full of bounding energy that keeps him going – he has great visions and he always strives to make them happen.

Harry Stinson is the President of the Stinson Property. Though he has a number of achievements under his belt, the most high profile project that he undertook was the 1 King West project.

It is a condo or a hotel point tower that is believed to be the Narrowest building in the world – based on the height to footprint ratio. This is a truly interesting property and used to house the former headquarters of The Dominion Bank.

Education

Harry Stinson enrolled in the general arts course in York University. He also passed a difficult entrance examination and got into the prestigious University of Toronto Schools.

He was the president of the Public Affairs Club and the United Nations Club abs also the editor of the school newspaper. However, it was not a course that made him happy. He found this part of the “real world” “messy and politically incorrect.”

This is why; he lasted in the University for not more than a year and so this born entrepreneur began to devote his time in opening a restaurant. When he was in high school, he had opened a cooking school and since he loved eating, he believed that the restaurant would be an excellent idea – and it sure was.

Business/Career

Apart from the 1 King West project, Harry Stinson, the real estate entrepreneur also promoted the Sapphire Tower, which is a new residential tower in the financial district of Toronto.

This was meant to be the tallest residential tower in the country, but unfortunately the city hall did not approve of it and the banks were not ready to endorse it.
