Overview

Loe Noe is a British real estate entrepreneur. He is the head of REIT Israel Group, which has substantial retail business interests in Israel.

In India, he is working on commercial projects to develop flats in Kolkata. Leo Noe, as a successful entrepreneur, likes to spread his business in a number of directions, in order to feel out the market.

Business/Career

Loe Neo, the property business tycoon controls the REIT Israel Group. With assets of $3 billion, this group is considered to be one of the top five real estate firms in the Western Europe.

He owns around 75% of Reit Asset Management, which is funded by about 2.4 billion pounds from Noe’s own funds. Reit Asset Management was also founded by Noe and his partner, Ivor Smith, which has now been merged with F&C Asset Management.

This was a truly farsighted business move by the exceptional entrepreneur, since the merger gave them a profit of millions. During the 1990s, Noe was one of the first investors from the UK to invest in Europe when he went to Germany.

Loe Noe says that he will invest further in Israeli real estate business. He has bought Azorim Properties from the Ganden group for NIS 400 million. Currently Azorim Properties is developing projects that are meant for office, commercial and industrial spaces.

The company has about 400,00 sq.m. of property. An additional 180,000 sq.m of property is in the planning and construction stage.

The Mishkenot Clal subsidiary of Azorim Properties also manages, develops and constructs housing for senior citizens.

Noe owns about about £3.4 billion of assets and £2.4 billion of debt. The net worth of the property billionaire comes to around £750 million.
